1. Our "No Hostage" Philosophy Traditional web agencies lock you into restrictive, multi-year contracts and refuse to release your website if you want to leave. New Empire Digital operates differently. We believe in a frictionless, transparent SaaS (Software as a Service) architecture. You pay month-to-month, and you can cancel your deployment at any time without penalty.
2. Monthly Infrastructure Retainers (Inception & Sovereign Plans) Because we eliminate massive upfront setup fees and immediately deploy our engineers to build your network, our monthly plans operate under the following conditions:

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your $17/mo Inception or $77/mo Sovereign Tech Retainer at any time via your client portal or by contacting the Command Center.

Billing Cycle Access: If you cancel mid-month, your digital node and infrastructure support will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

No Retroactive Refunds: Because we allocate active server space, CDN bandwidth, and carbon-based engineering time the moment your subscription is active, we do not offer pro-rated or retroactive refunds for monthly payments that have already been processed.

3. Sovereign Plan Hosting (Third-Party Wix Billing) Under the Sovereign Plan ($77/mo), you achieve "Sovereign Ownership" via our Site Transfer protocol, meaning your raw server hosting is billed directly to you by Wix.com.

New Empire Digital cannot issue refunds for Wix hosting charges. Any refunds regarding your core server hosting must be requested directly through Wix in accordance with their 14-day premium plan refund policy.
4. Telemetric Operations & Hourly Consulting Our $75/hour Telemetric I.T. and AI Workflow sessions reserve dedicated, 1-on-1 time with our Lead Architects via Google Meet.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your mission up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

No-Shows & Completed Sessions: Because carbon-based engineering time cannot be recovered, we do not issue refunds for missed appointments ("no-shows") or sessions that have already been completed.
5. How to Initiate a Cancellation We do not make you jump through hoops to manage your business. To cancel an active plan, simply:
