Cancellation Policy

1. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a consulting session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. 2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Time is our most valuable asset. We offer a strict 10-minute grace period for all Google Meet sessions. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be automatically canceled as a "No-Show" and your $75 fee will be forfeited. 3. Technical Readiness For Google Business Profile (GBP) Audits, you must have administrative access and your login credentials ready before the call begins. We cannot audit or fix a profile if you cannot log into it. Time spent recovering lost passwords will count against your 1-hour session. 4. Refunds All consulting and audit fees are paid upfront to secure your time slot on our calendar and are non-refundable, except in the case of a cancellation made with at least 24 hours' notice.
