Cancellation Policy

Welcome to New Empire Digital. Because our founder, Josue (Josh), works one-on-one with you in real-time to build your identity kit, we require all clients to review and agree to our operational rules before booking: 1. Punctuality & Time-Lock Rule The 10-Minute Cutoff: This is a live, time-blocked 60-minute session. If you are more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled virtual link, your session is automatically canceled and forfeited without a refund, as that hour was locked out exclusively for your business. No Extensions: If you arrive 5 minutes late, your session will still end exactly at the scheduled completion mark to protect the appointment slots of subsequent clients. 2. Client Preparation Requirement To maximize your 60 minutes on screen with Josue, you must have your official business name spelled correctly and a general idea of your industry's style preferences (e.g., modern, rugged, clean, corporate) or preferred colors ready to discuss at the exact start of the call. 3. Real-Time Delivery & Revisions Live Approval: All revisions, font tweaks, and color changes occur live on-screen during your hour. Final Files: Your HD/HQ asset package (PNG, JPG, PDF) and brand palette details will be compiled and delivered to your inbox before the session closes. Post-Session Changes: Once the 60-minute call ends and files are delivered, the project is marked complete. Any design changes, modifications, or extra formats requested after the call will require booking a new consulting block. 4. Strict No-Refund Policy Due to the instant, digital delivery of custom brand assets and the dedicated live labor of our founder, all bookings for the Live Logo Design service are 100% non-refundable once the session slot is booked and confirmed. Emergency rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
